Hi, I'm Matt!

Hi! The first thing you need to know about me is that I love swimming! Coming from a competitive swimming background, I always had a passion for the water and the fun and joy that the sport brought me. After my last high school swim season came to a close in 2021, I began teaching swim lessons to children in Santa Fe. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with dozens of kids who came from a variety of skill levels and backgrounds. I've helped young kids lose their fear for the water and develop the skills needed to be safe AND have fun while in the water. However, I've also worked with older children on developing the foundational swimming skills that allow them to swim efficiently with the four strokes of swimming. Working with swimmers of all ages and levels and seeing them grow and accomplish their goals makes me so happy and makes the job so much fun, so I cannot wait to continue this passion through 505 Swimming while growing the outreach in the Santa Fe community! I can't wait to meet you and I am always here to answer any questions that you may have.
